Also this year IES Lund has contributed with talented students for the national cookingcompetition Kockduellen. More than 6000 high school students from schools around Sweden have competed in this competition during the autumn 2020.
This is our competitors Esra Ramirez, Joao Martinez Losa Luengo & Ibrahim Eltahir's contribution: "We have made a pan fried lemon, pepper and chili spiced anamma patty with a oven roasted caraflex cabbage filled with a celeriac pure served with pickled carrots, a cilantro chimichuri and a creme fraiche and cress whip". Our proud competitors ended on a second place! Congratulations!
